Privacy Notice

Agents in Recovery is operated by Coombs Ventures LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This notice explains what we collect when you use this website and how we use it. It is part of our Terms of Use.

Don't send us patient information

We don't want protected health information (PHI). Please don't send us any patient, client, or resident information, in a form, an email, a submission, or anywhere else. Describe use cases in general terms only.

What we collect

• Email signup. If you sign up for the newsletter, we collect your email address and which page you signed up from. Our email provider is Resend, which stores your address and sends our newsletter. Resend's own privacy policy covers how Resend handles that data. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
• Sponsor payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. We don't receive or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us what we need to run the placement, such as your name, business name, email, billing details, and payment status. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what Stripe collects.
• Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosts, Vercel keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the time of each request, to run and secure the site.
• Messages you send. If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.

Tracking

We don't use advertising pixels or analytics trackers right now. If we add analytics, we'll name the tool here and pick one that doesn't track you across other sites.

How we use it

To send the emails you asked for, run and bill sponsor placements, answer messages, and keep the site working and secure.

No sale of personal data

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers named above, to do the things described here, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

Every email will have an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to see or delete the information we hold about you.

Changes

If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
