Admissions call review on de-identified transcripts
AI scores admissions calls against your script so leaders can coach reps.
What it does
Flags missed steps, long holds, and calls that never reached a handoff, then rolls them up by rep and by hour.
Where the privacy line sits
Raw call recordings and transcripts are PHI. Either use a BAA-covered tool or properly de-identify first. Removing names alone is not de-identification.
- Aggregate or de-identified data. Safe only with properly de-identified or aggregate data. Watch small counts.
- PHI: BAA required. Touches protected health information. Needs a Business Associate Agreement if HIPAA applies.
- 42 CFR Part 2. May touch substance use disorder records covered by Part 2. Get counsel's review of consent and redisclosure.
What stays human
Coaching conversations with reps and any decision about their job.
