Daytime overflow call answering for admissions

When every rep is already on a call, an AI agent picks up instead of voicemail and queues the caller for a person.

Live productTreatment centers

What it does

Steps in when reps are busy, collects intake basics, and offers the caller a hold for a live rep or a set callback time, with notes pushed to the CRM.

Where the privacy line sits

Same privacy profile as any admissions call: PHI, possible Part 2 records, and a crisis handoff that has to be tested after every update.

  • PHI: BAA required. Touches protected health information. Needs a Business Associate Agreement if HIPAA applies.
  • 42 CFR Part 2. May touch substance use disorder records covered by Part 2. Get counsel's review of consent and redisclosure.
  • Crisis handoff required. Must route crisis statements to a human immediately (911 for emergencies, 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).

What stays human

The admissions conversation itself. The agent's job is to keep the caller from hanging up until a person is free.
