Privacy-safe appointment reminders

Reminders that never reveal the type of care on a lock screen.

What it does

Sends reminders with neutral wording and handles simple reschedules.

Where the privacy line sits

Appointment details are PHI. Generic wording protects people on shared phones. Text and AI-voice reminders need consent.

  • PHI: BAA required. Touches protected health information. Needs a Business Associate Agreement if HIPAA applies.
  • Consent for AI calls or texts. AI-voiced calls generally need prior express consent under the TCPA. Have counsel review consent language.

What stays human

Anything beyond logistics.
